Director
Hamish Baker, a leader in the field of machine safety, is the Director of TEG Risk and founder of MinRisk. With extensive experience in industrial risk management and a deep commitment to advancing safety standards, Hamish has helped organisations across Australia and New Zealand implement effective safety strategies. His expertise in both safety best practices and innovative technology solutions ensures participants will gain a balanced perspective on regulatory requirements and practical application.

Charles Webb
Senior Safety Engineer
Charles has been undertaking machine safety risk assessments, design and specification work in the meat, dairy and packaging sectors since joining TEG Risk. He also has experience in the design engineering of bag filling machines, providing him with expertise in machine operations and safety. He has also had senior roles in maintenance and contract design engineering.

Andrey Zhidkov
Safety Engineer
Andrey’s experience has been predominantly in conveyor systems: baggage, parcel, and material (intralogistics – warehousing) handling. However, he has also experience in process engineering, industrial controls and building services. He has worked alongside and for big private companies as such NZ Post, Cardinal, Fletcher Steel, Brain Perry Civil, Bluebird, Danone, Air New Zealand, JetStar, Dunedin Airport, Sydney Airport, NZ Couriers, Arnott’s, Snackbrands, Synnex, Toronto Airport (GTAA), Regina Airport (Canada), Kansai International Airport (KIX), Beumer, Eber Construction, Tetra Pak, GEA and Watercare Services Ltd.

Keshawa (KC) Senaratne
Senior Safety Engineer
KC is a highly experienced and qualified senior safety engineer with extensive experience. KC has competency in full spectrum of the most demanding of compliances: functional safety, hazardous areas, electrical controls design, EMC and export compliances (incl. CE, ATEX, NFPA/UL, CSA, DIN and CCC). KC has a strong ability to relate to process functionality and business improvements.
